Pharmacy Weight Loss Corsham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Corsham and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a qualified, GMC-registered prescriber following review of your consultation. No prescription will be issued without satisfactory clinical assessment.
Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our prescribers. Requesting a specific medication does not guarantee it will be prescribed. You must inform us of all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies. Providing false or incomplete information may result in clinical harm, for which we cannot accept liability.
Prescriptions remain the property of the issuing prescriber and cannot be transferred or used at another pharmacy without our agreement.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has commenced, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. Medication costs will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is via a tracked service to your registered UK address. We cannot guarantee delivery times once items are with the courier, though we aim for next-day receipt following dispatch.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order before pharmacist approval for a full refund of medication costs. Once an order has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund, as medicines cannot be resold once they have left our premises. This is in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
